Eala Bhán restaurant is located in the heart of Sligo on a beautiful stretch of the Garavogue River. The multi-award winning restaurant is named the gaelic for “White Swan” and these beautiful birds can often be seen from the two main windows of the restaurant. The food is classic with a contemporary twist. Produce is organic whenever possible, sourced from local suppliers and direct form local producers. Chef/Manager Anthony Gray has a deep appreciation for seasonal food, he attends the farmers market every Saturday and forages for wild ingredients for use in both Eala Bhán and its sister restaurant Trá Bán in Strandhill, Sligo.
