Galway Business and Human Rights Symposium 2021

Taking Stock, Looking Forward

The Irish Centre for Human Rights in the School of Law at the National University of Ireland Galway will host a half-day symposium exploring key international and national efforts aimed at advancing business respect for human rights. Issues discussed will include the UN Guiding Principles at 10, advancements in human rights due diligence, the revision of Ireland’s national plan and prospects for the proposed international treaty on business and human rights. The symposium will bring together a number of legal and policy experts and practitioners.
