To reset your password, contact the Registration and Examinations office on 071-9135658 / 071-9195513.
When your password is reset it will revert back to: zZ then the first 4 digits of your PPS number followed by the first 4 digits of your Date of Birth e.g. if your PPS is 12345678 and your DOB is 4th May 1993 then your password is zZ12340405
You may change your password once logged on to any pc on campus.
Please ensure you have registered for your programme. See How do I register online? to register for your programme.
Remember your username for email is your full email address i.e. studentnumber@stangelas.nuigalway.ie, (a help video is available on the college website).
If the problem persists, please fill out the help request form on the college website www.stangelas.nuigalway.ie/students this will generate a work request and a technician will contact you.
Please ensure you have submitted your passport photo to the Registration and Examinations Office with your name clearly printed on the reverse side and a note to indicate your programme.
Only professional passport photos are accepted.
Your Student ID card will then be posted to your home address.

For name changes after marriage, please submit an original copy of your marriage certificate to the Registration and Examinations Office. For reverting back to original family name, please submit a copy of your birth certificate to the Registration and Examinations Office.
Please note that access to NUI Galway library facilities may take a number of weeks.
You must first be registered as a St. Angela’s College student.
You must activate your Campus Account Self Service (CASS) account before you can use the NUI Galway online library services.

It is in your best interest to attempt accessing the NUI Galway library during your first month at College - do not leave it until you require documents for exams/assignments as delays may occur.

Check your personal emails for information on your unique Student ID. If you have not submitted a personal email address with your application, please call the Registration and Examinations office on 071-9135658 / 071-9195513. Student ID numbers may only be given to the student and not a third party so verification will be required.
