The Department of Nursing, Health Sciences and Disability Studies are delighted to offer this two-year (part-time) Masters to professionals in Ireland and abroad who wish to pursue management positions within their healthcare professions including:

- Nurses, Midwives
- Mental Health Practitioners
- Health Promotion Practitioners
- Practice Nurses
- Dieticians
- Physiotherapists
- Occupational Therapists
- Health Science Professionals
- Biomedical Scientists
- Social Care Workers
- Healthcare Professionals

This level 9 (NFQ) MHSc was developed with the working professional in mind and so is delivered via flexible, blended learning options.
Modules Include:

- Managing Finance in Healthcare Organisations (10 ECTs)
- Quality and Healthcare Management (10 ECTs)
- Principles of Healthcare Leadership (10 ECTS)
- Strategic Management and Leadership (10 ECTs)
- Information, Measurement and Evaluation (10 ECTs)
- Healthcare Ethics (10 ECTs)
- Evidence Based Project Management (30 ECTs)

The completion of the MHSc (International Healthcare Management) will provide the students with a Masters qualification that will support graduates to assume senior healthcare management roles in the Republic of Ireland and internationally.
