Development Education in the Continuum of Teacher Education Symposium - New Date Wednesday 6th February 2019

Wednesday, 6th February, 2019, 4.00pm—8.15pm

  • This Symposium is of particular interest to student teachers, teachers, principals, and those with an interest in Development Education (DE) and education for global justice issues.
  • The event comprises key note speeches, poster presentations, round table discussions, and DE themed workshops applicable to a range of subjects (Home Economics, Religious Education, Science, Geography, Art, and Business/Economics) and linked contemporary initiatives such as formative assessment, inclusive practice and lesson study/teacher professional development.
