Take Away My Way - Island Cookery Competition, Supported by St. Angela's College and Safefood, Invites School Participation

St. Angela's College, Sligo is delighted to announce that the Take Away My Way competition will be running again for 2012. This year Celebrity Chef Neven Maguire will judge the all island final!
This exciting competition is organised by St. Angelas College, Sligo and sponsored by Safefood. The competition aims to encourage students to display their culinary capabilities while also promoting the importance of healthy eating and giving due cognisance to budgetary requirements.
Teachers are asked to encourage their students to choose their favourite takeaway food and modify the recipe to make it healthier! The student is then required to cook two portions of their modified dish, take a picture of it, complete the entry form and submit it with the picture either by post to
