Where is the Finance/Payroll Office?
The Finance/Payroll Office is located on the top floor in Aras Malachy.
What are the Finance Office hours?
9.00am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday (lunch 1.00pm – 2.00pm)
I am a Guest Speaker and have completed various hours for the college, how do I get paid?
- Complete a Guest Speaker Form.
- Once the Form is complete, please send back to the secretary within your department, it will be authorised and sent to Accounts Payable.
- This authorised Form must be received into Finance by the 21st of each month to be included in the monthly cheque run.
- Any queries re Guest Speakers should be directed to Anita Hargadon as she is in Accounts Payable. accountspayable@stangelas.nuigalway.ie
- These Forms must be submitted for processing within 3 months of the work being done or they may be subjected to a discounted payment.
