Monday 29th of August 2016 (International students must be on campus the week prior to college starting on the 5th of September 2016 for orientation and registration).
The Diploma of Applied Science Food and Business Management course is aimed at students with a strong interest in food and food product development, nutrition and health and for students who are interested in developing a diverse range of entrepreneurial skills and business intelligence. The course seeks to prepare students with the foundations for working in the food industry. Students who successfully complete the two academic years on the Diploma with satisfactory grades may apply to gain entry to the final two academic years of the Bachelor of Applied Science in Food and Business Management course, including Industrial Placement.
