Graduates from this programme can expect to use their enhanced knowledge of conflict and their new mediation skills to improve their performance in their current employment and by making changes in their own organisation’s approach to conflict. Successful candidates will have acquired then necessary skills and qualification to practice as an independent mediator, or to seek employment with one of many state, semistate and private agencies delivering mediation services.
